Our Projects
Here are some of the live projects that we are currently delivering. If you are interested in booking a workshop, training or just an initial conversation to discuss how we could work together. Please get in touch.
Medical Students' Well-Being Placements

Feedback from previous students on the placement:
"This is just what I needed after such an intense period"
"Creative and nourishing - the perfect way to reconnect.”
Each year we offer a placement to medical students in their 2nd and 3rd years at The University of Bristol. These aim to help them step back from the rigours of their course, and to explore what it means to be well (as opposed to being ill, and needing medical attention/care), and to remember the values, activities, and connections that support them now and will help them be good doctors in the future.
The placement includes a residential away from Bristol, and then a series of Bristol-based workshops on a range of subjects, some creative, some based in nature, and others focusing on the body. All are designed by experts in their field, and aim to be both clinically relevant and personally enriching.

School Students and Staff Teaching and Training

Feedback from previous staff training sessions:
"Insightful, informative and reassuring"
"Really useful – especially in realising that it is okay to have good boundaries and exercise these and it doesn’t mean you're defensive."
We provide opportunities for staff in education, young people and families to learn more about well-being and mental health.
We believe that this type of training needs to be a shared experience with opportunities for experiential learning. We like to do this by demonstrating some of the dilemmas and challenges that arise for us all in everyday life with clear tips and strategies.
Mental ill health often stems from difficulties in stepping away, slowing down and having a chance to explore what might be getting in the way.

Parents’ Support Sessions

Feedback from previous Parents' Evenings:
"Thought-provoking, enlightening and supportive - I have learnt more tonight than anything I’ve been to before."
We recognise the complex challenges that parents and caregivers face bringing up adolescents in the modern world and the corresponding high rates of mental distress in young people.
We offer parent evenings in schools to address this and share our experience both clinical and educational in workshop-style sessions which are both informative and relevant. Topics include neuroscience about the adolescent brain, and practical tips and strategies to engage and support young people in distress.
We are also offering to facilitate small parent groups where we come together to support and share ways of relating to and helping our adolescent children who are having mental health difficulties.

Practitioner CPD Sessions

To join our practitioner CPD group, please contact Corinne:
Full Circle is made up of a collective of education and mental health practitioners and specialists with a wealth of diverse experiences, skillsets and expertise.
Once a month we meet for an hour-long ongoing CPD session to present different aspects of our work to one another. We draw out connections, complexities and cross-fertilise our knowledge to better connect with each other and our shared role of delivering Full Circle's Services.
This group is open to new practitioners joining who wish to listen, share and be part of our collective ethos of holistic health in educational environments.
